Yes, this is the famous minced pork noodles formerly from Marina Square that I queued for ages before I could get a taste of it.  Both brothers used to operate the one at Marina Square but they’ve since split their time at each of their own stalls.

But somehow, the taste has changed coz I felt the standard has dropped somehow. The owners/chefs are still the same but…. maybe my taste bud has changed.

For a few dollars (S$4/S$5), you get a good portion of springy noodles tossed with a punch soy and black vinegar sauce (tip: ask for extra vinegar) and topped with minced pork, sliced pork, pig liver, a piece of fried flat fish and spring onions. I love the soup that comes with the noodles as it’s cooked with pork bones and you also get the taste of the pig liver as the chefs cooked the pigs’ livers in this soup too.
